I found the problem. It's the Mouse Look option. Go into "mouse" and change the cursor setting. Your "Look Around" will convert to "Sneak."

Interesting, I never tried that option before. Strange that it totally changes how sneak works. This info is not on the uesp page either.

Teralitha, most people play with view mode, not cursor mode. That's likely why you also experienced issues with attack gestures a few days ago, as you still have cursor mode enabled. Your observations differed from others as you're using a totally different (and far less popular) interface mode.
As DFU only implements view mode at this time, and I have no plans to implement cursor mode for now, it would probably help to enable fullscreen view mode in your classic install so we're all comparing apples with apples here.
