Any way to use Recall without being able to cast it?

My character has low spell points (50 INT * 0.5 = 25 spell points), but I want the Recall spell so bad. I skilled up in Mysticysm to a level of 20 but Recall still costs 68 to me and there seems to be no way to reduce the cost in the spell maker.

So I wonder, if I am doomed to never be able to cast it, may be there is a kind of one-off spell scrolls which require no spell points or magic skills? I.e. may be I can solve the problem with gold?

If you install the archaeologists guild mod, they give all new members a Mark of Recall for this very purpose. I don't remember if such recall-enchanted items can already be found in plain game and are just rare, or if this is an addition of the mod. I assume the former but I could be wrong.

I am sure I have seen items with recall as an effect on them in the regular DFU but maybe it is just a false memory. The archeologist guild would be a good option. You might be able to get the ability to use recall at higher levels of Mysticism but I suspect it would take a ton of work. One option is to get to the point where you can enchant items then make a few that raise your magic pool.
Magic definitely simplifies the game but a low magic/no magic build can be fun if you are in the right mood to accept you will have to wander more.

Neither does DFU. You can make them I think, although not tried it.
