Hazelnut wrote: Wed Apr 08, 2020 9:33 am That change didn't get in the build, sorry. Next one I hope... it's part of the custom items PR.
Ok no worries.. well I will just release DREAM with that archive and hope it doesnt get totally messed up with next DFU release... if it does, I will release a hotfix with just the xml files. Thanks for confirmation
Thanks for understanding, I had not realised this before I checked when you asked - otherwise I'd have said something to you.

(also when I read your post my brain auto-filled in "if it does, I will release... the hounds"

I have definitely noticed the hands were off from where they're meant to be when holding several different weapons, this would explain why.

Sceenshot pls. This does not explain it... because its not in the game yet.
If it is few pixels here and there, than thats the feature. IT will never fit 100% on all weapons/armors/clothing/whatever in all possible body combinations - not on my watch :D IF anyone wants to make that happen, Im open to sharing the files - if I feel like the person is really up to the task - and let em have all the fun they want with it ;) because I already did, and never more

This stuff that was posted before. It exists in DFUnity pointed at a vanilla DaggerfallSetup install (at least on the High Elf female body type). Pretty sure that axe type is incorrect for the females to hold (it's got the pointed bit on the end from TEXTURE.234 rather than cutting off just before it like in TEXTURE.233). I'm not using DREAM or any graphical enhancing mods and I'm seeing this in DFU.

yeah there's a fix for the female weapons on paperdoll coming in the next build - KoW pointed it out that DFU wasn't using 233, but the differences are so subtle no one noticed in all this time so you have sharp eyes! :)

That link doesn't work for me BTW - I just end up in an infinite loop of saying yes I am over 18... :?

Weird, imgur links usually work fine, here's an alternate link anyway:

Well yeah, but this is one instance where Bethesda made an alternate weapons TEXTURE file, so it could fit where the female characters hold their weapons.

Yeah those very bad alignments for females should be fixed in 0.10.23 - please let us know what you think.
