This Post Processing mod is working fine for me. It's an important component when using Palletization effects (at least for me). I turned off Palletization to see if the mod would cease to work, but everything seems to be fine so far. All settings/options in the mod work as intended for me.

Hmm, we probably have different builds, I have a build for Windows 64-bit, and on Alpha 0.10.24 the effects work, but on Alpha 0.10.25 they don't.

Oops, my bad! :? You're right. Just updated to Alpha 0.10.25 and it's not working there. Sorry for the mistake.

Would it be possible to set the amount of bloom?

It's already quite low, i don't know if i can reduce it further without making it unnoticeable. Or do you want to increase it?

I didn't even see it in action, because I installed the mod on 0.25 (I only checked the SSAO on 0.24, by and large, I installed the mod for it), but since the bloom is small, it's great. I like to adjust the bloom so that it is almost invisible, it looks great when the lower border of the bloom (color) is quite low, it turns out that most of the colors in the scene are slightly mixed and the picture looks soft, a little fabulous. :)
