I don't know why the options (me fale sobre, onde esta, localizacao, pessoa, coisas and trabalho) become white when clicked:

I couldn't find the images to change this either.

What does your TALK01I0.IMG.png file look like compared to your TALK02I0.IMG.png, do they have the same background?

the original images are like that too, so I guess around the letters in the second picture it's like a different shade? Nah, i tried to change it, and nothing happens, still like that

For what it's worth (not much), I tried to reproduce your problem quick on the original IMG extracted from arena2 with
Daggerfall imaging and I coudn't.

Unlikely to be helpful as well, are you saving them in 8 bit? Did you try to use a different paint program\ gimp or
whichever you normally use? Sorry.

Edit: Correction, I was just able to reproduce it, I didn't try to mod TALK03I0.IMG before but changing colors around the
letters gave a similar effect to your screenshot with the tell me about and where is. As unlikely to help as it is also,
since you would probably have noticed something so obvious.

When I've had image issues in the past, it was usually due to the unity import settings.

I mean, if you click the image file in Unity development and look at the Inspector panel on the right that shows import settings.
I don't work with images that often though.
