Hi, are u sure all DREAM parts are enabled ingame? Especially the DREAM - HUD as that is what re-makes all the tabs you mentioned in HD.

If you have it all enabled, than Im not sure. Do you use any other mods? What is your OS?

No - on my PC it works perfectly.
Thats why Distant Terrain is in a DREAM recommended mods.
Check the DREAM Description at Nexus, there are some INI settings described there, to make Distant Terrain work 100%

Also, u need to utilize the DREAM Preset for Distant Terrain (basically enabling only the 1st setting in Distant terrain and disabling the rest)
