Using low light settings at night and in dungeons is great and helpful for realism, except for one thing. The PC's hands, weapons, mount, and foot always stay at what seems to be the same brightness.
This is helpful in the sense that you know what weapon you're using or that you're riding a horse, but it is not very realistic unless you are somehow carrying a torch on your head in case both hands are occupied, and especially for a rogue type character they wouldn't want to draw attention to themselves with a torch in a dark dungeon.
It seems like it should be relatively simple to apply a shadow to these parts based on the ambient lighting conditions and I would make this mod myself if I could, but I don't have any mod coding experience.
