Damage-to-sunlight character "you cannot initiate fast travel during the day"

So I just turned into a vampire, but now I can't use the fast travel option during day anymore...

I understand it will kill me, but actually not quite. If you use the option to camp, so it manually fast travels you across the map and you can see it (forgot which mod this is, tedius travel?) then it works, I can see the hp tick down, but then I can just stop the journey, heal, and continue.
Now I can't do that though...

Is there a mod that just removes that "safety" feature of "you cannot initiate fast travel during the day"? Is it possible to make one? I've no clue where to start, so wondering if it's easy.
