No. They ain't aldmers ;)

Before I dive further, are these ok? (Face and body files in the zip. Males will receive hair and scars later. Edge is smoothed btw. DF has too many pixels to look pixel-art-y)
🤩They look great! Could you use a colder green? Keep up the good work!

Which one is closer to the green you prefer?

Drew some lady orcs and sports bras.

BTW, I'm not an orc player myself, so I don't know what orc players like about orcs. I will make the males tough warriors. But I'm not sure about the lady orcs. If you're an orc lover, feel free to share your kink. :) (hair styles. nose ring? piercing? barbarian? civilized?)

Oh and John. Is there a limit on the number of face sprites ? Seems like vanilla is limit to 10 per gender?

Yep, it's hardcoded. Btw you're doing a great job 🙂

I think I'll finish around monday. Maybe. :D

Most of these would be tweaked further, especially "shrek".

Done (mostly, still want to tweak a few of them)

John Doom, can you test and see if these work properly? (beard and long hair might have problem with helmets and armor?) You might also want to use my krita files as reference for pivot points.

 So far, I got smaller heads. This is probably caused by resizing the original sprites. Either you redraw your sprites to fit the originals (but that would be a shame) or I find an alternative fix, like porting your sprites to daggerfall's original format or find a way to scale those sprites in-game. I'll keep you updated.

UPDATE:
Solved: Ninelan told me xmls can be used for faces too, so I was able to set size and offset :)
