Received a few reports that this mod is not working with the 0.14.5 build of DFU. I was working on an expansion/update anyway so have released a new version as a quest pack till I can sort what the problem with the dfmod script is. This new quest pack requires the Actions Framework mod so that should tie it to later builds thus avoiding the old child npc quest giver problem with quest packs ... though that was only for builds before 0.10.24 and I doubt anyone is still using those builds. Will update the OP with info for latest version.
