Build #124: Footstep sound effects wrong

Something screwy is happening with how the program is determining what footstep sounds to play.

-Load save in Aldingwall with snow on ground. Snow sound (correct)
-Travel to Yeomwing Towerr dungeon. Snow sound (correct)
-Enter Yeomowing Tower dungeon. Pavement sound (correct)
-Leave Yeomwing Towerr dungeon. Water sounds (incorrect).
-Travel to Aldingwall. Water sounds (incorrect).
-Save game
-Load game
-Now it sounds like I'm walking on pavement even though it's snow (incorrect).
-Exit program
-Open program and load save.
-Back to snow sounds again (correct)

Thanks for the report! I meant to fix those splashing footsteps before this release but was distracted. Will leave this open until it's fixed.

Not sure about the the case where pavement sounds were played instead of snow. Will look into this at the same time.
