Swimming into a ceiling in DFU, from what I've experienced, seems to cause an immediate game-over by apparently being "crushed" by the ceiling. It's like every time I bump my head while swimming I get knocked out and drown. I'm not sure if this also affects levitation if we have that yet though, haven't tested for the obvious reason that I clearly don't even know if it's a feature.
Thanks for report. I think best thing to do is just disable crush detection while player is swimming. I don't believe there are any places underwater where player could be crushed normally.
