HQ2X/HQ4X upscaling for all textures

This feature request is for adding HQ2X (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hqx) upscalling to all in-game textures, as GZDoom does, should be a pretty easy task.

HQ2X is a LGPL library very easy to use. You can get it frojm https://code.google.com/p/hqx/.

Please consider adding this option in the next Daggerfall Unity release.

Definitely a feature worth adding, although in my opinion when your source material is as low-res as Daggerfall's upscaling doesn't produce great results - sometimes polishing a turd just makes it more obvious that it is a turd. ;)

I'd certainly like to see some modders create HD sprites and textures for the game though, which given the simple art style shouldn't be too difficult.
