Teleport Multiple Anchors Mod

Hello, I am new to playing Daggerfall Unity with a little experience playing vanilla. I play Morrowind a lot and one of the mods I always use is one that allows you to have many anchors for the recall spell rather than just one. To anyone who is experienced with modding this game, how easy or hard would it be to make this mod?

Welcome to the forums.
How does that mod work in Morrowind? Do you have a potentially infinite number of anchors or is there some limit?
E.g. I was thinking of limiting it based on say the PC Mysticism skill.
At this point, I aim to improve DFU by formulating ideas and working out some details of how things could work better.

That's how abot's version of melian's teleport mod does it. It's been an essential part of my Morrowind installs for a long time. In practice it has been pretty balanced; my non-magic using characters are still forced to use mundane means of travel for the most part.
