Lawful Sentinel

For role playing purposes I decided to have my assassin character join the order of Arkay so I traveled to Sentinel as I know that temple is popular in that region. I noticed that there is no Dark Brotherhood marked on that map so I loaded up a thief character and found there is also no thieves guild location in Sentinel. I am wondering if this is intentional or some kind of oversight that needs to be corrected?

What DFU version are you using?

0.10.4, do you see them shown in Sentinel? I found thieves guild in a town close Bupafot (sp?) I think it is called but neither guild in the actual city of Sentinel.
