I explained to Ruthan in another locked post that the purpose of Help & Support is to directly assist the original poster with their problem or question, not to start new conversations or steer the topic in some other direction.

Hijacking and bumping someone else's support topic to continue a discussion in your own interest is selfish. It doesn't matter one bit if the community is small or large, this is not acceptable behaviour.

In this case, Ruthan has bumped a topic specifically to repeat the behaviour I tried to discourage. Consider this a warning to not continue this behaviour in future. Use other forums like General and Community to start your own topics.
