Sounds awesome. I've never liked level scaling in any RPGs (not just TES either), I feel like scaling punishes the player for progressing.

I am running into a very frustrating issue while trying to install Unleveled Quests. It says to copy the folders into StreamingAssets and replace all. When I try to do that I get: "The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. Close the file and try again." Daggerfall unity is not running, Vortex is not running, I closed the folder windows, restarted, even tried killing explorer.exe from task manager. Still getting the error. Has anyone else ran into this?
