Unleveled World: Current Status

I'd like to make a mod suggestion to support the switch to unleveled world that could make it easier as a player to understand what level is the enemy you're facing.

Without any info on the level of your opponent it can quickly get annoying to never know if it's going to be an easy kill or an instant death

I am thinking of a health bar mod that would display various colors depending on the difference of levels between you and your target, similar to how it works in Classic WoW :

- If your target is at your level, or 2 level below or above, then target health bar is yellow
- if target has 3-4 more levels than player, then target health bar is orange
- beyond that point the bar is red
- if target level is below player of 3 levels or more, bar is pink

- maybe if target is way above player level, like 10+, the bar is black/dark grey

I don't know if it is possible to take the already existing health bar mod and add these parameters on top of it
