Daggerfall Imaging 2 not downloading properly

Hey sorry if this is in the wrong board, I'm having a problem whenever I download the Daggerfall Imaging 2 tool. It shows this whenever I try to take it out of the .zip file:
I tried using WinRAR, WinZIP and 7Zip, none worked. I don't understand, I've downloaded it multiple times already and trying to open it from within the .zip file isn't working either. What is going on? Thank you.

I can download it just fine, try clearing your browser cache beforehand, or use another browser
