I am playing beta v0.12.3 and I cannot attack, even with weapons equipped

We're going to need a lot more information than this. What actions are you taking when trying to attack? Have you tried the Click to Attack option in the main launcher? Have you altered the Mouse Sensitivity settings in the DFU configuration menu?

Does this happen on all characters or on just one save?

Also, what key have you bound to attack? I would recommend leaving the mouse button bindings at default. Left to interact with the world, right to attack.

If you are using my ambidexterity module, you need to rebind your default attack key. If you don't, it will behave like you can't attack because it is trying to do both offhand and main hand inputs at the same time.
