If this fine fellow turns out to be right we would at least have a workaround, I will test this later tonight after work

Whilst turning stones off on Real Grass certainly helps, the performance drop is still very noticeable. I think it's a fair workaround for the Travel Options accelerated travel, but it won't do for this mod unfortunately as you will be entering / exiting buildings a lot during your playthrough.

Figured out a workaround, I can now toggle Real Grass on entering / exiting buildings with 0 frame drops.

Even if we don't get it so grass is rendered outside of buildings only, this is great as it means the mods are now compatible. :D

I'll inform Hazelnut of this to see if it helps on his side with the lag caused by running Real Grass and Travel Options.

- Snow and Rain now visible from indoors
- Projectiles can no longer be fired outside from indoors
- Enemies will no longer attack you from outdoors

Tried out a prototype for outside looking in, but this isn't going to work for all buildings as they are too mismatched in terms of exterior to interior (some even have different shapes)



So this would only work if somebody corrected all the alignments in the building data

Yup, the requirers require, thats their job :D Its kind of in works, copied the necessary files in the folder, now I need to do the deed... but Im lazy :X and also busy. Also, that god damned discord ban just removed me from the place where the work is happening, so the detachment of the project is a real consequence, maybe its for the better of me, dunno
