Knights of the Dragon quest not ending from questgiver.

I got a quest to kill a traitor and when I killed him it said the traitor is dead. But when I went back to the questgiver he didn't reward me, all it had was an option for a new quest. Attached is my save file for the quest. I currently don't have a clue how to go about fixing this.

Does the quest still show up in your log? Can you post a picture of what it says?

There are two Knights of the Dragon guildhalls in town. You must have picked up the quest from the northern-most building. I'm able to hand-in quest there in your save.

Daggerfall is really picky about returning the same quest-giver.
