It will log in your journal as two almost identical completed quests, the only difference being completion time. Also it will give double the reputation, so 10 reputation instead of 5. Here is the save

Yes indeed. It had erroneous scripting that caused it to finish twice simultaneously. I removed the second finish, and my testing it gives +5 properly now. Thanks for reporting.
