Possible Mobile Port?

Post by AllenMLewis17 »

I apologize for "necroing" this post (though I've never understood why people don't like that, but I digress). I am an idiot, and have tried to compile the source code in Unity by simply switching the build type to Android, but it won't build because of a number of errors that I don't understand. I am not a coder, and have accepted that I never will be. But at least two people in this thread seem to think it is just as easy as doing this, so I'm begging you - can you just do the compilation and send it to me via email or something? I can deal with the lack of touch controls myself, as I'm intending to play on my Retroid Pocket 2+ with built in buttons and sticks.
I would be eternally grateful.

There's a more recent discussion below that might be helpful. It has some good info about building for Android.

Thank you. I'm afraid I don't understand a word of it, but I'll try to fumble through.

Not fully on topic but is it technically possible for Daggerfall Unity to be ported to the Quest 2?
