Random lord in random residence?

Are you reporting this in a specific residence in the game? This topic doesn't really contain any information.

In Graycastle in Daggerfall. I am not sure if this is the only place that has this kind of problem since this problem seems to be fairly common in Classic.

By the way, without DREAM, when you talk with him he has a male portrait. Is it the same with it?

This is a known bug from Classic, I believe there are some mods that fix it; I don't think IK is planning on fiing it in DFU because it's such a community meme at this point, but I'm also not an expert and will leave it to the actual people who make the game to weigh in on whether that's true or not

Famous Faces of the Iliac Bay fixes this. 
Unique NPCs are not supposed to be in random residences. These sprites were given the wrong faction/identity.
