[0.14.4] Quest enemy in the Void

Grimith took a temple quest to retrieve an amulet off... Castle Necromoghan

The amulet turned out to be standing on a shelf below the trapdoor, and the lich guarding it... Right behind it, into the Void.
Not sure if that's because the quest enemy marked is not well located to begin with, or if there has also been some physics interaction between the amulet and the lich pushing the lich out of bounds

I know that marker. It's sitting up on a shelf right against a wall. An enemy wouldn't have much room to spawn there and could no doubt glitch outside bounds depending which way physics resolves intersection.

While I can't do much about the marker placement, I do want to take another pass at stacking quest objects on markers (related issue with two stacked items being difficult to select correct item).

I'll move this into issues to remind me to take a look later.
