Animated daedra replacements - need help pls

What is the proposed way to replace these animations. Does it have to be a old FLC format, or we can use something more recent?

Right now several things seem hardcoded, including the use of a FLC video player:

Thanks mate, Ive contacted Interkarma on this matter and it seems it will be solved in some future realese. All I need is either allow to inject thru "streaming assets" or ideally by DFMOD. New files are already packed in the ancient package, so that part is solved :D
