Item Maker - Does "Improves Talents" stack with other Improves Talents advantages?

If I were to enchant my cuirass with Improves Talents, and then enchant my greaves with Improves Talents as well, would it stack? If so, how high could it potentially stack if I kept putting it on other equipment?

Atleast having worked with the "Adrenaline Rush" advantage, I don't think this one stacks at the very least. I've no idea about the other ones like Athleticism and such, but I'm almost 100% certain that ones like AR do not stack from seeing how it checks for this "improved talents" effect in the code.
