How i can reroll main quest if i fuck up timer?
I try delete main quest(purgeallquests) and recreated his(startquest _BRISIEN). But Brisienna Magnessen dont send mail. I trying get this mail(getallquestitems) and receive his. But Brisienna Magnessen dont stay in that tavern. I can spawn her?

After using "purgeallquests" below is the correct way to reboot main quest.
This will resume main quest based on character's global variables. You may not get the meeting with Brisienna again depending on this state.
It's OK though, you don't need to meet with Brisienna to progress main quest. That meeting really just sets up the story and encourages player to speak with people in the three main castles of Daggerfall, Sentinel, Wayrest. You can progress the rest of story even after ignoring her.
