DET is a mod that by itself doesn't do much at all, nor does it modify anything in your game.
What it does do, however, is make available a massive bundle of textures and some models for other mods to pull from and use. Think of it as an expansion of Daggerfall's native art assets that can be utilised as any other texture in DF.
-DET is heavily curated to strictly conform to DF's extant art style.
-DET textures are sorted by IDs into neat and sensible categories.
-DET textures can be easily overridden by other mods laid on top of it.
-DET updates independent of other mods.
DET'S DISCORD SERVER
DET has its own discord server, which is a direct access route to the inner workings of DET and its creator (that's me, Ninelan-Ruinar!).
It is the best place to share your projects utilising DET, give suggestions, follows new additions or simply discuss what would be nice to have,

THE MOD
Make sure your DET is always updated to the latest. Assets once added are never removed, they may occasionally be replaced (Given how DET is still young). In most cases, updates will be adding new textures, and more textures, or slightly tweaking/updating old ones.
-Please use IDs as how IDs are stated to be! -> Some models may occasionally have mismatched textures, do not use the 'correct' textured model, as it will be turned into the wrong texture once it's fixed! And it will be fixed/corrected.

INSTRUCTIONS
To use DET's models and textures in buildings or dungeons :
Instructions by Cliffworms!1. Download DET and put it in your [DFU GitHub]\Assets\StreamingAssets\Mods folder
2. Launch DFU from Unity3D with DET loaded (the "play" button on top of the scene screen)
3. Get to, at least, Daggerfall's main menu (not DFU's settings menu)
4. Switch to the editor view (while the game is still loaded) and open the building/dungeon file you want to add the asset to.
5. Type in the numbered model/flat ID in the "Add Object->Add Manually" tab.
6. Your asset will be placed in your building/dungeon file.
One thing to note : If you save a building/dungeon with a custom asset, you will always need to open it with DET loaded. If you don't, the custom asset won't be loaded and saving the file will remove it from the building data.
THE CATALOGUE
Perhaps the most important part of DET itself is the catalogue of available content.
It is split into three sections. Models, Portraits and Sprites.
Models may have hectic ID distribution based on what's available.
Portraits and Sprites follow sorting by IDs. All food is in the same archive. All labourers/workers are in the same archive, all soldiers are in the same archive etc. There is a special archive for 'Unique' named NPCs.
THE CATALOGUE CAN BE FOUND HERE.
