[Feature Request] Allow numbers in menus to be adjusted by controller d-pad

Would it be possible to program a "number select" for joysticks? What I'm thinking, is tapping d-pad up (Joy6 B0) or down (Joy6 B1) will increase or decrease the number by 1, and holding it down will make it gradually increase in faster increments. Pressing left (Joy5 B0) will reset to 0, and pressing right (Joy5 B1) will set the amount to maximum. And from there, the controller's designated left click button can confirm.
