BasicRoads and TravelOptions not working after updating to 14.5

Title is pretty self-explanatory. Some people over on Nexus have claimed they got it working, but they gave no details. I can include my Mod List if needed, although I AM running about 60 other mods simultaneously (I've tried rearranging the load order and taking some mods out and trying again, no luck whatsoever)
