[0.15.1] Two "Ar'kay the God" books

Two different "Ar'kay the God" books can appear in the inventory using "add book X", and I assume randomly in game.
The one that costs 0 gold has "message": 10000 attribute.

It's not a new problem. We've had to deal with it for a while, and I had to preserve the mappings when setting up book text localization in November.

You'll see there's two Ar'Kay The God books in "books.txt" title mapping file. I can't recall the full history behind this and why that mapping was added. It's probably something to do with bad data coming out of classic originally.

Ultimately all books will be served by localization in future, but still trying to keep things backwards compatible with older saves and processes.

As you can guess this is something found during books localization...

So what's the correct way to deal with that during localization, duplicate "Ark'ay The God" BOK00005-LOC.txt as BOK00016-LOC.txt?

Yeah, copy paste translation into both files.

According to UESP, one of those books was a German translation of the English text.
