Havings problems getting new books fully showing in game

As part of my Bards And Balladeers mod I've created 24 new books featuring the 24 ballads this mod adds to the game. The books appear in game but when you read them you only get the title page. It won't flip to the next page where the text of the ballad actually is. I used DFBOOEDT utility from the Daggerfall Tools package from UESP, and I'm using all the correct formatting codes, as far as I can tell.

First page (does show up):

Does anyone have experience of this, and can they give me any advice or suggestions?
