How does a werewolf interact with diseases?
Are they completely disabled, like at the first level of the character, or is there a bonus to disease resistance, for example, + 50%?
Is there any interaction with Critical Weakness to Disease and the Bio question debuff?

Pretty sure both lycanthropes and vampires are completely immune to all forms of diseases.

Re: Lycanthropy & diseases
I couldn't find the exact part of the code, but I found an old reddit post from Interkarma:
Vampires are hard immune to both disease and paralysis. Lycanthropes are hard immune to disease and get nothing special for paralysis. This is part of their magical affliction and isn't handled by standard saving throws.
A vampire's sun and holy damage doesn't stack if character already has this in their disadvantages setup. But if you equip an item that damages you from sunlight or holy places, this will stack with the standard traits as it's the item itself doing the damage.
