Is Daggerfall RTX possible?

Hi! :) Well, topic speaks for itself.

Would it be possible to enable Raytracing for DFU? If possible, how difficult it would be? :ugeek:

Look at those results! Amazing! :lol:

(On a serious note, it's likely possible if someone wanted to port DFU to HDRP and redo the shaders. It would probably look a bit ordinary though, especially with the default non-PBR materials.)

:D its my fav RT example LOL

Thanks for reply, so its doable, maybe someone will do it in the future. I think it could look great if done right. Especially global illumination, that can do wonders to image. Also the improved RT ambient occlusion. Shadows, usually not so much. Reflections are nice, but theres not much reflective surfaces in DFU. But the castle marble floors, ocean texture reflecting the sky... theres some room for nice effects there.
