File \DaggerfallUnity_Data\StreamingAssets\Text\Internal_Strings.csv

StoresA
GeneralStoresB
WeaponStoresB
ArmorStoresB
LibraryStoresB
AlchemyStoresB
GemStoresB
PawnStoresB
FurnitureStoresB
LivestockStoresB
TavernsA
TavernsB

Note though, to regenerate buildings names, you have to start a new game, or use console command

refresh_buildingnames

Entendi, porém estruturas com %ef's não mudam quando entro jogo, preciso trocar a posição das frases, por exemplo trocar essa frase:
A:Woodhouse's B:Sundries

A:Sundries B:Woodhouse's
quando eu troco a posição os nomes pessoais não muda junto
perdão o incomodo, realmente sou iniciante e não entendo

Yes, it will always be like that:

StoresA + GeneralStoresB
StoresA + WeaponStoresB
StoresA + ArmorStoresB
StoresA + LibraryStoresB
StoresA + AlchemyStoresB
StoresA + GemStoresB
StoresA + PawnStoresB
StoresA + FurnitureStoresB
StoresA + LivestockStoresB

TavernsA + TavernsB

"%ef" is the name of the owner. You have to have \DaggerfallUnity_Data\StreamingAssets\Text\NameGen.txt translated for that
