( Request/Suggestion ) More interesting gear variety

The problem I have with Daggerfall is after +20 hours you start getting Daedric gear. What reason is there to keep hunting for better items? That's why I would like to see more gear variety. Either by adding hundreds more items, also magic items or maybe add randomized stats + additional magic effects on gear if lucky.

No idea how to improve the reasons to keep hunting for better loot. But I hope to see one such mode someday!
