Quest Bug(?): Vampires of the Iliac Bay, Part II

Hi,

I can't find a way to complete the quest requests for the book Vampires of the Iliac Bay, Part II from me. The quest didn't tell me where to find it, so I got the book from a store and returned it to the Agristair Greensmith at Mages Guild. However, he is not interactable.

Am I missing something, or is it a bug?

As with all Daggerfall quests, you can't substitute a generic item. It has to be an exact item obtained through quest process.

This quest is Missing Book (N0C00Y10). It involves some investigation to uncover the thief and locate the missing book. Try asking around town.
