Don't understand these words

Guys i was translating the Cyndassa's brother quest and found these words:

''How dare you approach me, you filthy were-monger''
and
''Take your filthy were-mongering hide out of my sight''
i really don't know what WERE-MONGER means, at the internet it says is something like ''dealer'', but don't make sense in the context of the quest

If it's used similarly in the way that the phrases "war-monger" or "scare-monger" are used then it could be someone who deals in (hence, mongering) lycanthropy by way of spreading the disease. I don't know the exact context where it's used but if the person is saying that to a lycanthropic individual then that definition would fit.

I suppose if you wanted to translate were-monger then you'd have to find a pithy way to say "disease-spreading lycanthrope" in another language.

Yeah, were-monger is a bit of a weird word I have never seen used anywhere. You coukd just as well have gone for «were-spreader» or «were-lover».
