cannot find Quest ID

hi there again :p, it seems that this vampire quest i'm translating(ID: P0A01L00) do not exist in-game when i type the startquest command. So i can't test it. thx in advance.
I mentioned your issue in Lysandus’ Tomb Discord, and we think that's because the game cannot compile the quest. Most likely because your character is not a vampire. It has to be a vampire for this quest.
