[Texture replacer] Regional NPCs
So I had the idea of using the NPC Flat Replacer and various texture resources to add variety of races throughout Illiac Bay.

But some examples of how it works:
Temple of Dibella in Hammerfell
Temple of Dibella in Dragontail Mountains
Tavern in Wrothgarian Mountains
Tavern in Orsinium Area
Good quality tavern
Bad quality tavern
Basically the races and characters varies between regions and quality buildings.
And I created a new resource pack for the lack of Redguard flats in the game:

I've noticed that the flats created by StarMadeKnight don't have a portrait yet. I could take care of it while there is no rush if no one has done anything yet.
