Mod Request: Dynamic music to Dynamic Effect?

The "Dynamic music" mod allows anyone to make a custom music playlist from a variety of sources.

My idea is simple, Use the same concept as the "Dynamic Music mod" and apply it to sound effects.
This allows you to completely revamp all sound effects and music together, possibly add some new ones.
From that stock sound clip of the wooden door opening to the lack of a Wilhelm scream. Everything would be up for grabs.

Just imagine, a version of Daggerfall where every sound effect is the most over used stock sound you could imagine. Something that would make a 1970's Saturday Morning cartoon sound magnificent.

P.S. Go ahead, reply with your suggested "over used stock sound effects". Excluding the door and Wilhelm scream. Links to listen too them would be appreciated.
