Mouse cursor is not locked in game window..

I found this issue in locked old solved threads, but i still have this issue on Windows 10 + Nvidia..
I dunno if its possible somehow force mouse cursor not leave the window and if yes, it would be really nice add such option, in options..
What is worse i have this issues even in fullscreen mode, when i switch to ESC menu or map screen, when mouselook is not active..
Other game could do it.
it could be in other threads, but there is not exact name for mouse cursor locking, or how to name it..
I have found some ancient Windows 9x+ Utility which is working:

Shortcuts making crash on my machine,
but when i select Open program DFunity.. Lock DF unity and use Test button, game is starting with locked mouse cursor..
