3 light sprites - strange behavior

I always noticed these 3 light sprites have quite a cutout when replaced with modded HD assets, but I got used to it...
City lamps:
210_28-0 (desert cities)
210_29-0 (other cities)
and this generic light
210_15-0
When viewed ingame, they are partially cut out, like this: Same for the city lights.
Now, when I decided to make the rest of the light animated, by extending their animation frames, they all worked ok.
But these 3 mentioned lights, do not, they stay static, even when I provide additional frames. This tells me, there is something different with these, they appear bugged visually and behave differently than the rest of the lights.
If someone could check to see what is different with these lights, compared to others, maybe we can find theres some issue with them.
