Building Banks/Temples/Knightly Orders

as someone who enjoys certain regions in the game like Dragontail Mountains and certain temples like Zenithar, it would be nice if we could invest in a town with gold to create a bank of sorts. Idk how hard that is to make but just any bank mods to create banks or add more banks in locations like Cudeh-Hassi would be awesome to build up a town to add things to it.
