Fus Ro Dah Backported?

Hi guys, I asked about this elsewhere, but may have done so in the wrong place. Has anyone backported Fus Ro Dah/Unrelenting Force to Daggerfall, maybe as a perk for Nords or something?
I thought for sure someone would have tried to mod in dragon shouts already, because backporting such a well known Skyrim feature into a '90s game could go viral with normies and being more eyes to Daggerfall, but I didn't find anything—maybe Daggerfall purists dislike the idea?
I figure for a skilled modder it would be straightforward to make a simple version that just plays a Fus Ro Dah audio clip and knocks back enemies like the parry in I3lessed's parry mod (see here: https://youtu.be/95fKqPfrtZY?si=CkZolT56fnF3kYD4) or one of the boot mods that let you kick enemies away.
I think it would be handy to use in tight spaces, especially with the Horrible Hordes mod on, or to have some classic fun with shouting enemies off ledges. A Nord character could have learned the shout from the Greybeards in Skyrim, so it would also make sense in-universe, in terms of lore?
